Undergraduate research approaches can dramatically improve student engagement, content mastery, program retention and graduation rates.  UNM has substantial experience weaving undergraduate research pedagogy into courses across academic disciplines.  If you are a UNM classroom educator who would like to learn more about this exciting approach, then we invite you to attend the UNM Classroom-Educator Workshop on Inclusive Undergraduate Research.

This workshop is designed for classroom educators and doctoral students in any discipline and from any UNM campus.  Classroom educators include tenured and tenure-track faculty, lecturers, adjunct faculty and graduate teaching assistants.  This workshop is focused primarily on face-to-face instruction, though online instructors are also welcome.

Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop, as this workshop will include worktime developing strategies for your own course.
