Empowering Creativity, Celebrating Achievement

This workshop is specifically designed for recent transfer students at UNM, to introduce you to the vast research opportunities that UNM has to offer undergraduate students. It will cover the value of gaining research experience and expanding your academic network at UNM with tips to hit the ground running as a new student at UNM. You will leave the workshop with (1) specific steps to take to get involved in research at UNM, (2) goals that you will create in the workshop to start your research journey, and (3) increased confidence and familiarity with navigating the resources available to you at UNM.
